The ThermoTraks seal comes in black only.

Navigate to the home page of www.thermotraks.com, click the ‘Products’ on the top menu bar.

• Select your door height from the available options.
• Select sectional panel configuration.
• Select your door width for the drop down menu.
• Select door quantity and click ‘add to cart’.
• Select ‘calculate shipping’, enter state and zip code to determine shipping options. Note: If  ‘Onsite Professional Installation’ is available the option will automatically populate.
• Proceed to check out.

ThermoTraks sealing system consists of two components:

• (1) set of ThermoTraks vertical track – (1) right track and (1) left track to replace your existing standard vertical track
• ThermoTraks seal for top and sides of the garage door opening applied to your existing jamb stop

Together they create a positive seal to eliminate air infiltration into your garage space resulting in additional warmth, comfort and energy savings

If you have a twist lock type of track, you will require a Trak Bracket Kit to make your installation easy. Trak Bracket Kits that provide the bolt on replacement track bracket and fastening bolts which eliminate the need to drill out the existing bracket for reuse. Your vertical tracks bolted to the track brackets (L-brackets) is a standard installation and is perfectly compatible with ThermoTraks.

To install ThermoTraks you would remove the top connecting bolts and the bolts between the L-backs and vertical track. Remove the vertical section and replace with ThermoTraks. Replace the bolts.

Yes! If you don’t find the standard door size matching your door configuration, we welcome you to go to the Custom Fabricationpage and enter your measurements and we will be happy to custom fabricate ThermoTraks to perfectly fit your door specifications. 

ThermoTraks will seal out dust and dirt from entering your garage by dramatically reducing or completely eliminating air infiltration into your garage space. You can also expect ThermoTraks to keep your garage space to be 5 – 10 degrees cooler in warm environments.

Absolutely. In cold climates, you can expect a 10 – 15 degree temperature increase in your garage space. Results will vary depending on the condition of the existing garage door, inside/outside temperature differential, wind conditions, sectional door R-value, length of shared wall between your home/heated structure and the garage space.
